How to change in the app: My Place -> Edit listing -> Stay Options -> Cancellation Policy

Flexible

  • Full refund 1 day prior to arrival.

  • If they cancel after that, you'll charge for each night they stay, plus 1 additional night and processing fees.

  • Auto-applied policy for Gov't Travel stays

Standard

  • Full refund 7 days prior to arrival.

  • After that, 50% refund up to check-in.

  • No refund after that.

Strict

  • Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.

  • If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 7 days before check-in.

  • After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in

  • No refund after that.

Standard long-term

If you choose to rent short and long-term, this will be assigned to stays 28 nights or longer.

  • Full refund up to 30 days before arrival.

  • After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
