Import a listing from Airbnb and connect pricing/calendar data with your Crewdogs listing in seconds.
How it works?
With the help of the Channel Manager Hospitable we are now able to import a new listing from Airbnb or an existing Crewdogs listing.
You are not required to have a Hospitable account.
Your calendar availability will also be transferred and connected instantly.

Tap + New, then…
You can now connect existing Crewdogs listings with your Airbnb ones
Only listings you own on Airbnb can be imported into Crewdogs (not co-hosted).
Listings will be merged based on property address. Airbnb data will replace the Crewdogs data if applicable.
Delete any listing after the initial import.
Deleted listings on Airbnb will not delete on Crewdogs. Pricing/calendar data is saved on Crewdogs for 540 days.
Pricing details
What is imported and updated?
Your Airbnb base rates will be imported and displayed on your Crewdogs calendar
This includes PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, or another external dynamic pricing tool that feeds your Airbnb pricing.
What isn’t imported?
Airbnb smart pricing and discounts like length-of-stay or promotional discounts (this can be added inside of Crewdogs).
Your fees or tax % will not be imported
Pricing discounts inside of Crewdogs will not be passed to Airbnb. It is wholly isolated to our system.
How often is this updated?
New reservations are updated immediately. We pull pricing and other calendar details every hour.

What is imported and updated?
Calendar data is instantly connected with Airbnb and Crewdogs.
Reservations will block off both calendars.
Reservation details from Crewdogs will NOT be passed to Airbnb or a PMS. Only the dates will display as unavailable.
We recommend creating a manual booking on your PMS to capture details beyond what Crewdogs will provide via in-app details and email confirmations.
Other details
Manually blocked dates on Airbnb will not update instantly on Crewdogs.
This will be updated every hour with your pricing updates.

Manually pull the most recent calendar info and pricing
Navigate to your listing calendar and follow the directions.
This instantly updates Crewdogs with manually blocked dates and pricing from Airbnb or your PMS. Otherwise, it will update after 1 hour.
