Cancellation

Always review the cancellation policy before booking — it's displayed on the listing detail page, again on the booking page before you confirm, and included in your booking confirmation email.
Each host sets their own cancellation policy. Refunds are enforced by the host in accordance with that policy. Crewdogs facilitates this process as the Merchant of Record; we do not dictate refunds like other OTAs. For a full overview of cancellation policies, see here.

If you must cancel a confirmed booking, you can do so through your "Trip Details" page. Please select Reservation Help, then Cancel stay. You will then be able to provide details to Crewdogs. You may not be entitled to a full refund depending on when the cancellation request is submitted.
We recommend reviewing the cancellation policy on your booking confirmation email so you know exactly where you stand before cancelling.

Many hosts on Crewdogs offer travel insurance as an optional add-on at the time of booking to protect against unexpected cancellations. Additionally, Crewdogs Travel Insurance is coming soon — providing even more peace of mind for your stay. Stay tuned for updates.

For extenuating circumstances, please contact our support chat or call us. We will collect the details and promptly notify both you and the host if an exception to the cancellation policy is warranted.
