This thoughtfully designed two-story home comfortably sleeps 14 and blends classic charm with modern amenities. As you step inside, you’re greeted by a welcoming family room to your left—perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day at the beach. To the right, a staircase leads to the second-floor quarters, but first, explore the spacious first floor. Continuing down the hallway and to the left, you’ll enter the formal dining area, which features a large table perfect for group meals. Just a few steps away is a cozy breakfast nook—an ideal spot for kids to enjoy their meals or play games. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, generous counter space, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals with ease. To the right of the hallway, you’ll find a convenient full bathroom and a comfortable bedroom, perfect for guests who prefer staying on the main floor. Upstairs, a hallway bathroom and three additional bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to offer privacy and entertainment with its own TV. The primary suite provides a serene retreat, featuring an expansive walk-in closet and a luxurious ensuite bathroom complete with dual vanities, a glass-enclosed shower, and refined coastal finishes. Perfectly located near the best of Corpus Christi, including downtown, the Naval Air Station, Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, and the sun-soaked shores of Padre Island, this is your ideal coastal escape. While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee. 1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside. 2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors. 3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard. 4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home. 5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund. 6. POOL: Guests must adhere to all posted rules regarding the safe use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, or dock. By booking this property, guests waive any liability claims against the homeowner or any affiliated property management entity related to the use of these amenities, including loss, damage, injury, or death. Please note that all pools are serviced daily to ensure appropriate chemical balance and to keep the water clean and clear. Our service team will perform maintenance between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. They will not announce themselves but will discreetly access the backyard gate to complete their service. While guests cannot forgo this daily maintenance, you may request a preferred time for service or specify times you would like the service team to avoid. 7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs. 8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process. 9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay. 10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor. === We welcome 2 dogs (up to 50 lbs) in each home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. Transit There is parking in the garage and in the driveway as well as free street parking. Uber, Lyft, and Taxi are available, but driving is encouraged. Interaction We want you to feel at home during your stay, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. We'll provide the access code on the day of your arrival.
