To the right, you'll find the dining room and kitchen, conveniently connected to the laundry room. Enjoy outdoor access through the kitchen, perfect for al fresco dining. Turning left from the entryway, you'll discover a cozy living room, followed by a bedroom with a queen bed and the luxurious master bedroom with its own bath. The master bedroom treats you to breathtaking pool views and access through a charming French door that leads to a patio with a sitting area. Another hallway leads to a full bathroom and two additional bedrooms. Upstairs, a media room awaits, complete with a pull-out sofa and a bunk space that kids will adore. The media room opens up to a balcony boasting bay views, a hammock, and comfortable chairs. * HOUSE 2 * Indulge in the splendor of this spectacular Corpus Christi home. Upon entering through the front door, you'll be greeted by a welcoming family room to your right, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Moving down the hall, you'll find a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub. A few steps further, the spacious master bedroom awaits, offering plenty of storage space and access to the backyard through elegant French doors. The dining room and fully stocked kitchen can be found at the back of the house, featuring a beautiful wood table for memorable family meals. Garage access is conveniently located off the kitchen, where you'll also find the washer and dryer. From the dining room, step outside to a large, fully fenced yard with a delightful patio and a hot tub, perfect for unwinding. The backyard also includes a grill and utensils for your enjoyment. Upstairs, a staircase near the front door leads to a roomy bedroom with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. This room is equipped with a TV and a cozy chair by the window, providing a quiet spot for reading. Turning right from the staircase, you'll discover the second bathroom with a shower and tub, as well as the third bedroom. The third bedroom offers two-twin-over-queen bunk beds, a desk, a TV, and a dresser, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all. While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee. 1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside. 2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors. 3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard. 4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home. 5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund. 6. POOL / HOT TUB : Guests must adhere to all posted rules regarding the safe use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, or dock. By booking this property, guests waive any liability claims against the homeowner or any affiliated property management entity related to the use of these amenities, including loss, damage, injury, or death. Guests are required to place the hot tub cover back on the hot tub when it is not in use to prevent water from spraying out from the jets. Please note that all pools and hot tubs are serviced daily to ensure appropriate chemical balance and to keep the water clean and clear. Our service team will perform maintenance between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. They will not announce themselves but will discreetly access the backyard gate to complete their service. While guests cannot forgo this daily maintenance, you may request a preferred time for service or specify times you would like the service team to avoid. 7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs. 8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process. 9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay. 10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor. === We welcome 2 dogs (up to 50 lbs) in each home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted.
