Space With two bedrooms, one bathroom, and space to sleep five, comfort is at the core of your stay. Enveloped in the tranquility of Corpus Christi, our property consists of two units, each accessible via a shared entrance hall. This description pertains to the upstairs unit, welcoming you with a climb up a staircase to the front door of Unit 2, secured with a digital keypad for seamless access. Step inside to be greeted by an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that seats six. This warm, inviting space is perfectly designed for communal cooking and shared meals. Adjacent to the dining area, unwind in the welcoming living room adorned with two cozy sofas, an armchair, and a Smart TV. A view of the endless ocean extends through the window, bringing the beach ambiance indoors. To the left of the entrance lie the sleeping quarters and bathroom. The first bedroom features a queen bed, a twin bed, and a TV, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The second bedroom, equipped with a queen bed and a Smart TV, offers a serene retreat. Nestled between the bedrooms, you'll find a modern bathroom, featuring a combination shower/tub for versatility and convenience. Awake to the calming sound of the waves and embrace the serenity of Corpus Christi in our ocean-view sanctuary, perfect for your short-term rental needs. While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee. 1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside. 2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors. 3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. 4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home. 5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund. 7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs. 8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process. 9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay. 10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor. === We welcome 2 dogs (up to 50 lbs) in each home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. Permit No. 306020 Access Your sanctuary has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you with privacy and full access to the home. We'll provide the access code on the day of your arrival. Neighborhood Our home is on Ocean Drive across from Corpus Christi Bay. Easily walkable to McGee Beach, the hospital, and many restaurants. Transit Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! There is space for 1 car in private parking in on the rear side, street parking is also available. Interaction We want you to feel at home during your stay, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. We'll provide the access code on the day of your arrival.
