After a full day at the festival, unwind in your private backyard oasis featuring a sparkling pool, spa, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining area — ideal for late-night hangs under the desert sky. Located just minutes from the festival grounds, dining, and shopping, yet tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood. This home is designed for responsible groups looking to enjoy Coachella in comfort and style. Reserve your dates early — prime weekends book fast. Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including all 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and the backyard with pool, spa, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining space. The property is exclusively yours during your stay — no shared spaces. Parking is available inside the garage and the driveway and designated areas in compliance with city regulations. We respect your privacy and offer convenient self check-in for a smooth arrival. While we are not on-site, we are always available through Airbnb messaging if you need assistance before or during your stay. For festival weekends and busy periods, we stay closely connected to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our goal is to provide a seamless, stress-free experience while giving you space to enjoy your trip. Please communicate any questions or concerns through the Airbnb app so we can assist you promptly. The entire exterior of the home, including the front, rear, pool area, putting green, and pool equipment area, is under 24-hour video surveillance. There are no cameras inside the home and no exterior cameras that face into the interior of the home. If you would like the pool heated, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Pool heating is available for $50 per day. Guests are responsible for all remote controls, including those for TVs, ceiling fans, outdoor TV, and other equipment. Lost or missing remotes will result in a $200 replacement charge. Pool lights operate automatically and turn on at sundown and off at sunrise. To operate the firepit, open the small access door on the side. Set the timer to your desired duration to activate the gas, then use a match or a lit piece of paper to ignite the firepit. Never leave the firepit unattended while in use.
