🏠 3 Bedrooms | 2.5 Bathrooms First Floor: • Bedroom 1 – Queen bed with an attached private bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. • Half bathroom conveniently located just off the entryway. Second Floor: • Bedroom 2 – King bed + Full bed, ideal for families or shared stays. • Bedroom 3 – Two Queen beds for maximum comfort and flexibility. • Shared Bathroom – Double sinks and tub/shower combo for easy group access. Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas. You are also welcome to use the driveway and garage for parking. 🚫 Please note: Parking on side streets is strictly prohibited by the City and may result in fines of up to $2,000. Only use the designated parking areas provided. The backyard and outdoor areas are also available for your enjoyment. We respect your privacy, but we’re always available if you need us. Most communication can be handled quickly through the Airbnb app, and we respond promptly. For urgent issues after 8 PM, please call twice to ensure it’s noticed. For non-urgent matters, leave a message and we’ll respond the next morning. We’re a small family-run business, and all messages come directly from me (Vera), so you’ll always be speaking with the host personally. While we’ve made improvements to ensure comfort, the home is not brand new, and we’ve kept some of its original unique character. You’ll find that certain features add to its warmth and individuality, reflecting the history of this space while still offering all the conveniences you need. CLEANING/PHOTOS: We work with a professional housekeeping team to ensure The Wood & Iron – Triple Play is spotless before every stay. Our team takes photos before and after cleaning to document the home’s condition—this is for both your safety and ours. 🚗 Parking • ✅ Driveway and garage parking are available. • ❌ Parking on side streets is strictly prohibited. The City enforces this with fines up to $2,000.
