The Golden Desert Ranch is your desert home away from home. This property gives you tons of space inside and out to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area there is plenty of room to spread out and relax with friends and enjoy the beautiful scenery and amenities of the property. The backyard gives you a true desert experience; relax in the hot tub, cook smore's over the fire pit and stargaze in the hammocks. We welcome you home! • THE SPACE 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 6 people. - Bedroom 1 has a king bed with private en-suite - Bedroom 2 has a queen bed - Bedroom 3 has a full bed - Large Dining Table - Large living room - Garage with Game Room and Mini Split for temperature control •THE OUTDOORS - The property sits on 2.5 acres of land - Views of Joshua Tree National Park Mountains to the South - Hot Tub - Fire Pit - BBQ - 10 Minutes to Park Entrance - Outside Lounging - Outside Dining - 2 Hammocks - Cowboy Tub - Outdoor games • OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • RENTAL AGREEMENT There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation • POOL The pool is a cowboy tub, not a full size pool. They are used for sitting and soaking in water. It is not operable during the winter months and is only available April - October, it is cold-water-only. • FIRE Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire using fireworks or other open fire means (such as wood or charcoal) your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. THE PROPANE FIRE PIT IS ALLOWED TO BE USED ALL YEAR ROUND. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above. ADDED SERVICES FOR OUR GUESTS • PRIVATE IN-HOME YOGA Want to have a private yoga experience? Please inquire upon booking and we will set you up with a local yoga instructor for your peaceful desert getaway. • PRIVATE IN-HOME MASSAGE Want to wake up in Joshua Tree and have a masseuse come directly to your vacation home? We have that contact! Please inquire upon booking and we will help connect you with your private masseuse. • PRIVATE HIKING GUIDE Want to explore the area and all the secret hiking spots the locals use? Don't want to drive into the National Park but want to be able to see the beautiful scenery surrounding the home? We can connect you to a local hiking guide who can plan a trip based on your preferences and the best part.. many times the hikes begin right from your front door! • PRIVATE IN-HOME MEDITATION, REIKI & SOUND BATHS Connect with your soul during your desert stay. Experience a private or small group session of kundalini yoga, meditation, and/or sound bath by private teacher and energy guide. Reiki energy alignment sessions also available. Please be sure to call or email and schedule at least 24 hours in advance. • PRIVATE CHEF Looking to throw a dinner party to remember? We have got you covered! Our private chef is simply the best and she can cater that whatever your specific food needs would be. Please inquire with us and we can introduce you to her.
