This beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect escape for families or groups of up to 6 guests. Located on the 6th floor, it offers comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views. Features and amenities: Master Bedroom: Enjoy a restful night's sleep on a plush king bed, accommodating 2 guests. Living Room: Unwind on the cozy queen sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space for 2 guests. Guest Room: The guest room features two full-size beds, perfect for accommodating 2 guests. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials, including a Keurig coffee machine for your morning brew. Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms ensure everyone has space and privacy. Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.) Laundry: For your convenience, Holiday Surf provides a full laundry room on every floor, located right next to the elevators. Each laundry room offers 5–7 modern washers and dryers that accept credit cards or cash. There is no washer nor dryer in the unit for guest use. Elevators: We have 2 elevators that will take you to the 6th floor and we also have stairs Unit Highlights: 6th-Floor Views! And don't forget the awe-inspiring sunsets that grace this unit! Parking: Parking passes are issued at the front gate to all guests staying at the resort. Filling out a form ahead of time will save you time when checking into this resort. All units are allotted 1 parking space/pass at no charge. Upon availability, the front desk will often give additional parking passes free of charge. However, expect a charge of $20/day for additional parking passes over Memorial and Labor Day weekends (Friday through Monday) and the entire week of July 4th (the Friday before Independence Day through the Sunday after). Other Details to Note: Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during, or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot. Non-Negotiable Rules: Primary Renter: Must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. No Smoking or Vaping No Pets No Events or Parties No Firearms Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
