To keep property updated, items in photos may be subject to change. You’ll have full access to the entire home during your stay, with the exception of garage and a few locked storage closets and cabinets reserved for host supplies. To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone and to comply with our insurance and city regulations, only registered guests included in your reservation may be on the property. If you’d like to have additional visitors (including daytime or overnight guests), please reach out in advance so we can review and approve the request. For everyone’s comfort and safety, only registered guests listed on the reservation may be on the property unless prior approval has been granted. • Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs (maximum 60 lbs each) with advance approval. Dogs must be crated when unattended and are not permitted on beds, furniture, or in bedrooms. • Rental Agreement: A short e-sign rental agreement will be emailed after booking confirmation.
