Welcome to your home away from home! Unwind in this quiet, newly updated retreat featuring a spacious backyard and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. The bedrooms offer a queen and full size bed. Both rooms also have closets and dressers. Tucked away in the peaceful Summit Park neighborhood, you’re just over a mile from Nob Hill’s top restaurants and cafés, and conveniently close to all major hospitals. This home is perfect for travelers, professionals, and extended stays. -Discover the charming neighborhood of Summit Park , known for its beautiful parks, and unique architecture. - 4 minutes to the heart of Nob Hill entertainment district where you can enjoy local shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife. -Old Town is just a stone's throw away, offering cultural attractions, museums, and vibrant events. - The Sawmill District is a quick 15-minute drive away and is a food hall like no other. It offers a diverse and delectable array of culinary experiences including craft beverages, local eateries, artisanal cuisine, and local events and entertainment. It is the perfect place for your social gatherings. Hospitals: - 8 minutes to Presbyterian Hospital - 5 minutes to The University of New Mexico Hospital - 8 minutes to Lovelace Medical Center - 10 minutes to Kirtland AFB (Government Travel Card (GTC) accepted, GOV rates available. AMENITIES YOU’LL LOVE: - Spacious 2 bedroom / 1 bath home with 1350 sq / ft of living space. - Fully Equipped and stocked kitchen including all major appliances - Large and nicely landscaped backyard - High-speed internet (250 mbps) - In-unit washer and dryer for your use during your stay - Fans in all bedrooms - Laundry Room - Doggy door to backyard - Front courtyard w/ outdoor seating - Garage w/ workout mat, table/workbench, bike rack for up to three bikes We take pride in offering a comfortable and well-maintained space for all our guests. We kindly ask that you please familiarize yourself with our house rules and policies prior to booking: 1. SMOKING / DRUG USE: - Smoking and drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If home smells like smoke following your departure, you may be subject to a $900 fee. 2. PARTIES AND EVENTS: - Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed at the property. Please be considerate of the neighbors. 3. PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION: - Pet Fee: To cover the additional cleaning and maintenance for our pet-friendly units, a one-time pet fee of $150 will be charged for short stays, and a one-time pet fee of $250 will be charged for stays of 30 days or more. PET GUIDELINES: - We accept dogs (2 dog maximum) and at the moment, we are unable to accommodate cats. - To prevent any potential damages, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please bring your pet’s own bedding or crate for their comfort. - Whenever possible, do not leave pets unattended in home. - If you need any pet-related supplies during your stay, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. - Please pick up all pet waste in yard before checking out. 4. RESPECT OUR PROPERTY: - Please treat our property with care and respect. Damages or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges. 5. QUIET HOURS: - Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am. Please keep noise to a minimum between these times. 6. CLEANING FEE: - In addition to the base cleaning fee, we will charge an additional $160 for 30 days stay or more. This covers the deep cleaning at the end of your stay. Please Note: The minimum booking age for this property is 25. We require a copy of your ID to confirm name and date of birth at the time of booking to keep your reservation. Thank you! Our property undergoes quarterly preventative pest control treatments. However, despite our best efforts, it’s important to acknowledge that bugs are a part of life, and occasional sightings can occur at our property. We understand that even one unexpected encounter can be unsettling, but please be aware of this fact prior to booking. 3. We highly recommend that our guests purchase the travel insurance through Airbnb in case of last-minute cancellations. 4. This home does have a camera facing the driveway. However there are no other cameras on the property.
