The living room features comfortable furnishings and plenty of natural light. The dining area is adjacent to the living area with room for guests to share a meal. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. There's also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs. The four bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. But the real highlight of this townhouse is the outdoor space! The large deck is great for hanging out with breathtaking views of the lake. Day passes and cabanas have associated fees. Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed. I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies. Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all. Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly. Location Disclosure: Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.
