Inside you’ll find: -2 bedrooms – Bedroom 1 - King Size Bed (loft area) – Bedroom 2 - Queen Size Bed (lower level) - 1 Full Bath - Fully-equipped kitchen with stove/oven/air fryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, crockpot, popcorn maker and coffee maker - Living Dining & Kitchen areas with plenty of seating options - WiFi strong enough for streaming movies and taking video calls - Smart TV for logging into your favorite streaming service - Washer and Dryer, to clean up after a long day outside - Central AC and propane heat, to keep just the right temperature Outside, you’ll also find: - Spacious deck, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring - Lakefront with dock and “boathouse” to store the kayaks, paddleboat, paddleboard and canoe - Roast marshmallows in the fire pit - Propane Grill for the grillmaster in your group - Plenty of parking for your group Pet-Friendly Bring your furry friends! We love hosting families and well-behaved dogs! For allergy and maintenance reasons, we’re unfortunately unable to host cats. Please note: our well water has a strong sulfur smell, similar to rotten eggs, caused by high concentrations of manganese in the soil. It's very common in this area. We've had the water tested, and it's perfectly safe for drinking, cooking, and bathing. That said, you likely won't like the taste for drinking -- so we use a water cooler and we usually have about 10 5-gallon Primo water containers on hand for guests. Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but due to the natural setting, you may still notice some leaves, pollen, or similar—especially during certain seasons. We appreciate your understanding as nature tends to leave its mark, no matter how often we tidy up!
