Located on 8th Ave West, you are minutes from Kerry Park, Seattle Center, the Space Needle, cafés, wine bars, and boutique shops. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, Boho Studio is the perfect retreat. With great accessibility and a peaceful atmosphere, it offers the ideal base to explore the best of Seattle. We’re confident you’ll love your stay! THE STUDIO It features a queen-size bed with colorful bedding, warm, earth-toned walls, and eclectic artwork that add personality and warmth. The living area includes a leather loveseat and an accent chair with a sheepskin throw, perfect for relaxing. Side tables and soft lighting from woven lamps create a calm, inviting atmosphere. KITCHENETTE Charming kitchenette with everything you need for a simple meal. Equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, and utensils. Open wooden shelves display beautiful dishware and essentials, adding warmth and personality to the space. There's also a small dining table for two, perfect for morning coffee or a quick bite. BATHROOM The bathroom includes a toilet and a hot water shower, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels provided. LAUNDRY Note: No washer/dryer available. PARKING Street parking spots are easy to find. GUEST ACCESS Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, including the inviting front porch, a perfect private retreat throughout their stay. ✅ Once your booking is confirmed, an automatic reservation confirmation will be sent to you. 📅 Five days before your arrival, we’ll provide detailed check-in instructions, including: • A link to the Guest Portal • A link to the Property Guide • GPS directions to the property • Parking information 🔐 One day before check-in, you’ll receive your personalized smart lock door code. We’re committed to ensuring your arrival is smooth and stress-free, so you can start relaxing and enjoying your stay immediately! OTHER FEES MAY APPLY: ➤ Pet Fee: $100 per stay. 🐾 Only 1 (one) pet is allowed. ➤ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: $50 per hour, unless otherwise approved in writing. ➤ Exceeding Occupancy: $50 per additional person, per night. ➤ Additional Cleaning Fee: The property typically requires no more than 3 hours of housekeeping after each stay. If cleaning exceeds this timeframe, an additional $100 per extra hour will be charged. Just minutes from downtown, it offers easy access to major attractions like the Space Needle and Seattle Center. This section of 8th Ave West is part of The Boulevard, a scenic route that wraps around the top of Queen Anne Hill and is featured on many walking tours, even international ones. GET AROUND We're located near public transportation, with several bus stops within walking distance offering easy access to downtown Seattle, Fremont, South Lake Union, or the University District for the University of Washington.
