REST AND RECHARGE: Bedroom #1: Queen Bed and Full Bed SCHOOLS: > Crossnore Elementary > Avery Middle OCCUPANCY: This unit allows 4 overnight guests. PARKING: You can park one vehicle in the driveway. There is also a small parking area across the street nestled among the trees. Please be mindful of the surroundings and avoid blocking the road or neighboring properties. WiFi: Please note that the internet connection works well in the kitchen and living area but is minimal in the main bedroom. GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to have a good time, but out of respect to the property owner and neighbors, this property has a strict No Party policy. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind including vaping is not allowed in the home. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period. MINIMUM AGE: Guests named on the reservation must be 25 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 25 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is 10am.
