Our goal is to offer you every amenity stated in our listing. That being said, sometimes things break and some amenities may not be available for part or even all of your stay & are typically not reimburse able. If you notice a problem, we trust you will bring it to our attention within one hour of check-in. If we know of an issue we will fix it ahead of your stay or notify you.
