Our goal is to offer you every amenity stated in our listing. That being said, sometimes things break and some amenities may not be available for part or even all of your stay & are typically not reimburse able. If you notice a problem, we trust you will bring it to our attention right away. If we know of an issue we will fix it ahead of your stay or notify you. We do our best to proactively care for the home and provide weekly maintenance to make sure everything is ready and in good working order for your stay. This is our 7th year as super hosts and we go above and beyond to help with any issue brought to our attention. We are here to make sure you and the house are cared for. It is close to many top spots in CO Springs: ~15 min: COS airport ~20 min: Downtown CO Springs ~33 min: Garden of the Gods ~31 min: Manitou Springs ~3 min: Shopping/grocery ~36 min: Air Force Academy ~26 min: Cheyenne Mt St Park ~28 min: Fort Carson ~9 min: Peterson Air Force Base ~2.5 hr: Ski Resorts You have complete access to the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, & washer/dryer. I am very active with my Airbnb's. We offer a self-check in process (door codes, wifi password, etc.), which is sent 24 hours before you check in. If you need anything during your stay, please let me know. The building in located in an apartment townhome community, on a cul-de-sac and is within 10 minutes of numerous restaurants and shopping destinations. Grocery stores are within 7 minutes distance. Just a 35 minute drive to the U.S. Air Force Academy -35 minutes away from the Garden of the Gods -45 minutes from Pikes Peak Highway Tollgate -25 minutes to Downtown Colorado Springs -20 minutes from the Colorado Springs Airport -1h30m from the Denver International Airport Parking is directly behind your unit and is shared with other Airbnb guests. Like any other public place you may want to be aware of where your things are stored. We start you off with the basics, like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish and laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap.
