We look forward to hosting you! 🔑 Check-In & Access Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues. 🚗 Parking There is a driveway to the right of the home that can accommodate 1-2 small to midsize vehicles. 🧼 Biweekly Cleaning Required To help maintain a clean and comfortable home, a professional cleaning is required every 14 days for all stays. The standard cleaning fee covers: ✔️ 1 mid-stay clean (for stays up to 30 days) ✔️ Final move-out clean For longer stays: • 31–45 days – An additional $150 cleaning fee will be requested to cover a second mid-stay clean • 45+ days – We’ll request $300/month to cover biweekly cleanings By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to this cleaning schedule. Harleston Village is a quiet, historic neighborhood known for its tree-lined streets and classic Charleston architecture. It’s home to Colonial Lake and just a short walk from the College of Charleston. You'll find a mix of charming residences and local favorites tucked along every block. Easy access to King Street makes dining and shopping a breeze. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation of your reservation. The agreement is standard and outlines important details such as house rules, liability waivers, and check-in procedures. A secure link will be sent after booking. 🚫 Pets are NOT Allowed: As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home, we reserve the right to charge a $500/pet fee and demand immediate removal. 🚫 No Alterations or Furniture Rearrangement Guests may not alter the home in any way, including moving furniture, wall decor, or fixtures. The home has been professionally arranged for guest comfort and safety. Additional charges may apply if items are found to be moved, damaged, or require reassembly. Moving furniture or making any alterations will incur a $500 fine + the cost of repair if needed. 🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors. 🏙️ Noise Notice: ▪️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM. ▪️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours. ▪️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location. 🧑‍🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit. Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined. 🏠 We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors. 🔌 We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control. 🧹 If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning. 🚗 Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas. 🚫 Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation. Sofa bed available upon request. It is not included in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area.
