The reserved parking spot is located in a parking lot approximately one block from Upstairs at Studio 36. Upstairs at Studio36 is a fun and stylish getaway perfect for families, friends, or small groups looking to experience Charleston in comfort. Featuring vibrant decor, spacious interiors, and access to a peaceful courtyard, the space is thoughtfully designed for both connection and relaxation. Just steps from King Street, you’ll enjoy easy access to the city’s top dining, shops, and attractions, whether staying in or heading out to explore. - Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families. - Sofa bed available upon request. It is not included in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area. If you plan to use it during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary linens This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06833 and Business License BL039446-12-2024. 🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues. Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist. Cannonborough is a lively neighborhood filled with personality. It’s known for its colorful homes, artisan coffee shops, and local bakeries. It’s a favorite for foodies and creatives. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors. 🧳 Luggage Drop-Off: For guests arriving early or departing late, complimentary luggage drop-off is available upon request, so long as the home is clean and empty the night before arrival or the night after departure. Please reach out 24 hours before arrival or departure to confirm availability. 🏙️ Noise Notice: Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that: ⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. ⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours. ⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location. ⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise. 🧑‍🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit. Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined. 🏠 We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors. 🔌 We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control. ❄️ Charleston homes are built for a subtropical climate, and since many are older, severe cold snaps may affect both water temperature and indoor heating. 🧹 If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning. 🚗 Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas. 🚫 Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation. 🌀 Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances: ⭐️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made. ⭐️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans. ⭐️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind. ✅ By confirming your booking, you agree to the Rental Agreement Policy available on our company website. 📞 If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to reach out prior to your stay.
