Pet friendly with paid fee, maximum 2 pets (dogs only allowed). The top unit features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a bonus room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area is spacious and comfortable. Kids can have their own space while lounging around on the twin over full bunk bed. All other bedrooms have a queen-sized bed, with a full-sized bed in the bonus room. There is also a screen porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The ground level unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area has direct access to an outdoor covered patio. This versatile space provides ample room for relaxation and entertainment, whether you're indulging in alfresco dining, enjoying a game of cards, or simply soaking up the warm coastal breeze. Go into the Folly Beach downtown area, just 0.3 miles away, to wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos! We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay. Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap.
