Complete with private pool, elevator, and brand new golf cart! Located about four blocks from the ocean this home is a short five to ten minute walk to the beautiful white sand beaches. The home also has a beautiful backyard complete with a deck, pool and gas grill. The garage also has a wagon with beach toys for your use during your stay. Beautifully Furnished, 3 Living Room Areas one on each floor. (3,840 Square Ft). BOTTOM LEVEL: Large garage under the home with a shower and access to the back deck and pool. MAIN FLOOR: Features two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Guestroom one has a queen size bed and private bath. Master Bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath. This floor also has a large kitchen with granite counter tops and a cook's kitchen with a gas stove top and stainless steel appliances. A separate dining area and spacious sitting room. SECOND FLOOR: The second floor features a sitting area with a flat screen TV and two additional guestrooms. Guestroom 2 features a queen size bed and a private bath. Guestroom 3 features two twin beds and a private bath. THIRD FLOOR: The third floor features a sitting area with a table and chairs and a flat screen TV with a futon and two additional guestrooms. Guestroom 4 features a queen size bed and a private bath. Guestroom 5 features two twin beds and private bath. All new reservation will receive $250 credit toward beach gear rentals with VayK Life!
