The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations in the dining area, which offers seating for the whole group. The highlight of this property is the dedicated pickleball court! Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the sport, you'll love the opportunity to engage in friendly competitions right at your doorstep. We provide all the necessary equipment, so you can grab a paddle and enjoy a game with your friends or family. We understand that your pets are part of the family, which is why we welcome them with open arms. It’s right on the edge of the Hillsborough River, making it accessible to boats as well as other modes of transportation. The market itself has a large outdoor area with tables for eating and socializing. Inside the renovated building, you’ll find the public market, event spaces, a co-working space and more. There is a park within walking distance with a playground where you can enjoy a picnic with family and friends The nearby river walk connects you to Tampa’s vibrant downtown community It's a 1 mile walk to armature works, so if you are not up to walking, Uber and Lyft are available. Please note the 10th guest will need to remove the lower bed from the trundle bed and place it in a common area. You are welcome to notify us and we will do it for you up tom 24 hrs before check in. In our beautiful state, especially during the summer months, encountering pests like mosquitoes, bugs, and lizards is a common and natural part of the environment.
