Our Guest Suite sleeps 4 with 1 bedroom and 1 bath. You'll find it's the perfect spot for a couple of friends or small family. We have tastefully designed this space to be a cozy and a fun place to relax after a day of exploring. BEDROOM King bed, desk, clothing rack, 55" smart TV, high-speed USB charging port LIVING AREA -Large sectional, 2-person kitchen table, 2 countertop stools, Queen air mattress available BATHROOM -Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, bath towels LAUNDRY -Washer and dryer -Detergent -Ironing board and iron KITCHENETTE -Mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee machine, Kcups, tea PARKING -Free street parking in cul de sac ENTERTAINMENT -Private theater with 10 ft screen and surround sound -Popcorn machine -WiFi -55" smart TV in Master bedroom -Nintendo 64 -Board and card games ACTIVITIES AND FOOD You can easily get to hiking trails, golf courses, sporting events, shopping, and a wide variety of restaurants. Downtown Denver is about 30 minutes, Red Rocks is 40 minutes, Cherry Creek is 30 minutes, Boulder is 50 minutes, and Colorado Springs is 60 minutes. If you are staying in, you can enjoy food delivery from a wide variety of local restaurants. There is also a Neighborhood Walmart just across the street. You’ll have access to the entire bottom floor Guest Suite with the exception of the owner’s storage closet. We are happy to help and are available as needed! We’ll be offline from 9pm-8am. -Contactless check-in and entrance through the garage; enter into the laundry room and down the stairs through the door on the right into the basement Guest Suite which you'll have all to yourself. This is a family friendly home! You may hear our kiddos on the upper level when they're active. If you're a light sleeper, let us know and we'll provide you with a fan. -Pack and play and high chair available. -Box fan in room. -The King bedroom has a built-in electric heater and a space heater is available for the main living area as well. -We have a camera at the front of the house to protect the property. -Please note this space is not ADA accessible. -You must agree to all house rules (listed in separate section). CHECK-IN Check-in time is 4:00pm. We are typically unable to accommodate early check-ins due to the time that it takes to clean after previous guests. However, you can send us a message on the day of your stay, and we will let you know when the home is ready. CHECK-OUT Check-out time is 11:00am. We are not able to offer a late check-out as we need to prepare for the next guests.
