We'd love to host you in our newly remodeled guest house located in the very desirable University / Ridgecrest area of Albuquerque and close to great local breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops. Our home is centrally located and is 5 mins to the airport, 7 mins to downtown, 15 minutes to Old Town and the trendy new Sawmill Market. HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES: **We have a no shoe policy and kindly ask that you remove your shoes when in the home. LOCAL RESIDENTS - We accept NM residents on a case-by-case basis. Please contact hosts prior to booking. We DO NOT allow parties or large gatherings of any kind. Due to insurance purposes, only guests on reservation are permitted to stay overnight at property. EXTRA GUESTS - This home comfortably sleeps 2. Please ensure your reservation accurately depicts correct number of guests who will be staying at the home during your booking. NO PARTIES - Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed (unless previously agreed upon, in writing, at the time of booking and with additional deposit.) Please mention if you plan to have guests over who are not included in your reservation. SECURITY CAMERA - Please note: There is a Ring camera outside of the front door that points towards the driveway / street. THERE ARE NO OTHER RECORDING DEVICES ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours between 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of the neighbors. NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE- Smoking and drug use is not permitted anywhere on the premises. PESTS - The house is treated quarterly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking. PET FEE - Dogs (2 dog maximum) are welcomed. (Unfortunately, we cannot accept cats). Please add your furry travel companion to reservation when booking. An additional $300 pet fee will be requested after booking is confirmed. While we are total animal lovers ourselves, this additional fee helps us account for additional wear that takes place and added time cleaning following your stay - ensuring the space is thoroughly free of pet hair for future guests who may have pet allergies. PET RULES - Please keep pets off the furniture, if possible (or bring a blanket to cover furniture), clean up any pet waste in the yard (pooper scooper is provided). Please do not leave dogs unattended and barking in the yard.
