No parties, events, or gatherings beyond allowed occupancy. Noise & Community: Quiet hours are enforced. Repeated noise complaints may result in termination without refund. Noise monitoring devices may be used (no audio recording). Care of the Home: Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning. Amenities: Use all amenities at your own risk. Children must be supervised. Pets: Pets must be pre-approved and disclosed at booking. $200 pet fee applies. No pets in the outdoor dome. Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or hookah inside the home or outdoor dome. Prohibited Activities: No illegal activity, commercial use, or tampering with devices or furnishings. Issues: Any maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns must be reported immediately upon arrival. -Must be 25 and older to book the property. Guest booking property must stay on property for the duration of the reservation. No booking for others -No smoking in the home. Evidence of smoking is up to a $500 fee. This includes tobacco and marijuana smoke. -Hot tub must have sanitizer added by guest nightly after the last use. Sanitizer will be left next to hot tub steps. Please follow the instructions written on the bottle. -Young children not permitted in the hot tub unsupervised. -No glass is permitted in hot tub area. -Absolutely no parties - we will have to evict the guest who throws parties -Quiet hours begin at 10PM. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level, not just during quiet hours but at all times. If you are on the deck after 8pm please keep your voices down and music low. Any disturbances to our neighbors may result in immediate check-out without refund. -Guests use bunk beds at their own risk and assume all risk associated with bunk beds.
