While Belltown Court is extremely Airbnb friendly, which is rare for HOAs, it is important to follow the house rules and all instructions to ensure an enjoyable stay. Outdoor CCTV is passively monitored for security. The TV is set up for streaming, so feel free to bring your preferred device (Roku Stick, Amazon Fire TV Stick, etc.) for easy access. You can log into your favorite streaming services (Netflix, HBO GO, etc.) using your own credentials—just remember to sign out before you leave. Check-in will be coordinated with our greeter, but we’re always just a message, text, or call away if you need anything!

A Few Friendly House Rules to Keep Things Smooth & Enjoyable 😊 We’re so excited to host you! To ensure a stress-free and comfortable stay for you (and future guests), we kindly ask that you follow these simple guidelines: Security & Check-In 🔹 A $250 security deposit hold (credit card only) is required before arrival. It will be released 5 business days after checkout, pending no damages or HOA incurred fines. 🔹 Please coordinate your arrival time with one of our awesome greeters (HOA required & instructions provided upon booking). If you're running late, please communicate and our greeter can work with you. No shows require an additional $30 late fee. Note: Greeting check-ins arrangements past 8pm will incur an additional $30 fee; past 12am will incur an additional $40. Pets Up to 2 small DOGS (No cats) are allowed, BUT you MUST show either proof of City of Seattle pet registration before or up-to-date Vaccination records upon booking. There is a $25/day pet fee for each pet. - Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture. Pet hair found on furniture will incur a $50 extra cleaning fee. - Pets are NEVER to be left roaming inside the property UNattended. - Your pet MUST be on a leash and you MUST pick up after them. Respecting the Space & Neighbors 🚫 No parties—let’s keep things peaceful! 🚭 No smoking inside the apartment or anywhere on the property. 👥 Only registered guests are allowed—if you'd like visitors, please check with us first. 🔕 Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Taking Care of the Home 💡 Please don’t unplug any appliances—everything is set up for your convenience. 🖤 We’ve provided black washcloths for makeup removal—help us keep the white towels stain-free! 🍽️ Eat in the dining area to help prevent stains or spills. 🔧 Accidents happen! If something spills, breaks, or stains, just let us know ASAP—we’re happy to help. Check-Out Guidelines ⏰ 🕙 Checkout is at 10 AM sharp. Late departures withOUT written approval will incur a $50 charge per hour past checkout. 🔑 Return all keys, fobs, and parking passes—the building charges $250 per lost item. 🍽️ Please start the dishwasher before you leave—this helps us keep cleaning fees low.
