We provide a storage closet stocked with beach essentials — a wagon, towels, chairs, and toys — to make your beach days effortless. 🏊 Take your pick of 8 sparkling pools, including 3 at Ariel Dunes II and 5 more throughout Seascape Resort. Families love the zero-entry pool at Ariel Dunes II, which is perfect for toddlers and small children. Three pools are also seasonally heated to 82° (Oct 1st – May 1st) for year-round enjoyment. ⛳️ Your stay includes access to the resort’s golf course, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, beach volleyball (seasonal), playgrounds, and fishing areas. 🍔 Enjoy on-site dining at Seascape’s restaurants and bars, or host your own cookout using the resort’s BBQ grills. 🚗 Dedicated Seascape guest parking is available for quick beach access (opposite Whale’s Tale, next to The Empress). Our home is located along Florida’s beautiful Emerald Coast. Hurricane season runs from June through November, and while impacts are rare in the Destin area, weather conditions can change unexpectedly. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend that guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect their trip in the event of weather-related disruptions. This is entirely optional but can be helpful for covering cancellations, delays, or unforeseen changes to travel plans.
