Step inside and you'll find a space bursting with personality — from bold design touches to playful surprises. One of our favorite features? The hidden speakeasy-style bookcase that swings open to reveal a kid-friendly playroom, complete with a vintage PlayStation and a big-screen TV - perfect for kids and nostalgic adults alike. The open-concept living area flows seamlessly into a stylish, fully equipped kitchen — the heart of the home and an ideal gathering spot for meals, laughter, and memories in the making. On cooler evenings, cozy up by the electric fireplace, or roll up the oversized garage door to invite in the crisp Hill Country air and panoramic views of Reimers Ranch. Outside, the fun continues for guests of all ages. Kids can explore the private walking trail, play in the whimsical clubhouse, or get messy in the sandbox. For some friendly competition, challenge your crew to a game of horseshoes, cornhole, or life-sized Connect 4 under the Texas sky. Please note that encounters with insects and animals may be possible during your visit and are a part of the natural Hill Country experience. We recommend wearing appropriate closed toed footwear and being mindful of your surroundings when walking outside. We have regular pest control measures and maintain the cleanliness of the house, pools, and outdoor area. Guests have full access to the barndominium, pool spa with hot tub, and playground. Please note, the playground may be shared with guests from the neighboring home. For larger groups, the entire Hill Country compound can be booked through our other Airbnb listing. My availability may differ slightly from yours, but I'm always here to help. For true emergencies between 10 PM and 8 AM be sure to call 311 or 911.
