Electric Vehicles will be charged $33 per day per vehicle for electric chargers (max 2 vehicles). Check-In is anytime after 4PM. Check Out is 11AM. If you open it- close it; if you borrow it- return it; if you turn it on- turn it off; if you break it- fix it; if you use it- take care of it; if you make a mess- clean it up; if you move it- put it back. If you have any issues or needs during your stay, we — your hosts, are your First and Primary point of contact — Please message us directly through the Messaging platform. No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays - this includes "social gatherings" of any definition or reason. Do not have more than the number of guests stated on your reservation. Each extra guest up to the maximum occupancy will result in a charge of $23 per day per guest over 2 years of age. Having a total number of people over the maximum occupancy is grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refund. No unapproved visitors. Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames. No Smoking anywhere on the premises — No Smoking in the backyard — No Smoking in front of the property — No Smoking on the Front Walkway — No Smoking in Front of the Suites — No Smoking Inside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in a $250 remediation fee per occurrence. Quiet Hours begin at 10PM — No disturbance, No Noise after 10PM. No Loud music. For the safety, security, and quiet enjoyment of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of this home is monitored 24/7 by video and audio. Decibel level monitoring is enabled at the premises. Apple AirTag devices are used to keep track of our Amenities Access Key Card. Guests are not to remove, tamper with or modify any electronic devices at the premises. ** GUEST MUST PARK ON THE PROPERTY (in the designated parking spot) AND NOT ON THE STREET. Guest will be charged $250 violation fee for each instance this rule is violated. ** Guest(s) staying on the premises do not have tenant rights. The guest(s) shall not have the right to occupy or take possession of the property beyond the agreed-upon rental period, and they may be asked to vacate the premises at any time, without the need for formal eviction proceedings. FEES Lost TV, Key Fob, Key Card control will result in a $150 Charge per lost remote. Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 remediation fee per occurrence. Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every 30 minutes after 11AM is an additional $75 charge. Unauthorized removal or modification of any electronic device, will result in $125 charge per occurrence. Each extra guest (above the stated number of guests on the reservation) up to the maximum occupancy, will result in a charge of $23 per day per guest over 2 years of age. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both inside and outside the rental property. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Guests must disclose any aggressive behavior of their pets to the host. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Guests should provide a contact number of a pet sitter or kennel, in case of emergency. If a guest's pet causes a disturbance to other guests, the host reserves the right to ask the guest to vacate the property without refund. Guests must provide proof of service animal certification where applicable. Guests are responsible for providing their own pet bedding and supplies.
