- OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is strictly 4 guests, including children and infants. Isle of Palms maintains strict regulations relating to occupancy limits. Occupancy violations will result in immediate removal of all guests from the property and denial of access without a refund. - ANIMALS: We love our furry friends, but the HOA prohibits animals on the premises. To ensure an allergen-free home for all of our guests, we have a strict no animal policy. Animal violations will result in immediate removal of all guests from the property and denial of access without a refund. - NOISE: Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 10:00am ET. All residents and guests shall refrain from any activity that disturbs other residents during this period. Guests violating this policy will be asked to check-out immediately, with no refund. - CONSTRUCTION: Like any active beachfront community, Isle of Palms occasionally experiences construction. Please note that while such activities are beyond our control, there are strict guidelines in place to minimize inconvenience. According to the Wild Dunes Community Association, noisy construction is permitted only during the following hours: Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. - PARKING: Parking is limited to one labeled parking space per unit, however if you have a second vehicle, please let us know so we can create a second gate pass and parking for that vehicle will be on the side spots on a first come, first served basis. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. - HIGH SPEED INTERNET: Internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rate shall be given for outages, content, lack of content or personal preferences with regard to this service. - ENTERTAINMENT: 2 Smart TVs are available for you during your stay. Please be sure to logout of your accounts upon departure. We are not responsible or liable for unauthorized purchases after your departure. No refund of rate shall be given for outages, content, lack of content or personal preferences with regard to this service. Please note we do not offer cable, just Peacock, Netflix and Hulu as complimentary amenities for your stay. - HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit. A STARTER SET of the following is provided: Toilet paper (2 rolls), paper towel (1 roll), soap bar, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, dish towel and dishwasher pods. - GARBAGE: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage receptacle located outside to the northeast corner of the building. All garbage should be removed from the unit and placed in this dumpster prior to departure. - PATIO: Please use the provided hooks for drying wet beach clothing and towels. No grilling or cooking is permitted on the patio. - COMMUNITY POOL: Please adhere to all posted rules of the community pool, including pool hours. There is no lifeguard on duty. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. 2 pool passes will be on the counter when you arrive. If they are not returned, there will be a $25 replacement fee per pass. - ADDITIONAL RULES: Please do not run the air conditioner with doors or windows open. We ask that you treat our property with respect. - A Fire Extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink for emergency use only. - The use of glitter or confetti is NOT permitted. Evidence of leftover or spilled glitter and/or confetti will result in an excessive cleaning fee of $100. - The use of tape, push-pins, tacks, nails, etc. to hang anything (banners, signs, posters, photo backdrops, games, etc.) from anywhere in the property is prohibited. - Fireworks are not allowed on the premises.
