Costco is just a tad further. We also have our neighborhood market (Star Market) in less than 1mi away. ♡ Endless choices of spectacular cuisines (New England, Italian, Japanese, Asian, and more) are all from a few walking steps to a few minutes drive radius. ♡ It's an older neighborhood with more than a century old houses, genuine people, and a safe environment. ❀❀ THE LIVING ROOM ❀❀ ♡ A cozy and spacious New England living room with a large sized smart TV and ETHERNET connection, nice gathering place for the whole family. ❀❀ THE BEDROOMS ❀❀ The home comes with a total of 3 bedrooms: ♡ Bedroom one: located on the 1st floor, by front entrance, a Queen sized bedroom with a dedicated work desk, three large glass windows over looking the front yard that let in ample natural light, all equipped with room darkening curtains. ♡ Bedroom two: located on the 2nd floor, overlooking the front yard. Minimal yet elegantly put together, comes with its own mini balcony, the Queen sized bedroom emphasizes in the relaxation of simplicity. It also comes with darkening curtains. ♡ Bedroom three: right next to bed room two on the 2nd floor, closer to the upstairs bathroom, minimal yet elegant and relaxing. ♡ The pillows are MEMORY FOAM, however, we do provide regular pillows as well. All mattresses are bamboo memory foams, that both disperse body heat and are so comfy for a good night sleep after a long day out. ❀❀ THE BATHROOMS ❀❀ The home provides two contemporary bathrooms. ♡ A slightly larger one located upstairs comes with a bathtub, dual on/off function on both the tube faucet and the removable shower handle. Guest can turn water on/off when using either the tube faucet or the shower head without altering water temperature. ♡ A more compact one located downstairs, right by the rear entrance. It has a stand in shower with a RAIN BOARD shower head AND a removable hand held one. ❀❀ THE KITCHEN ❀❀ A full size kitchen that comes with: ♡ A timeless dining table that also double as a kitchen island. ♡ Wine/beverage chiller ♡ Full size fridge ♡ Blender ♡ Electric stove with oven ♡ Microwave ♡ Cooking wares, bowls and plates, utensils ♡ Complementary coffee & tea ❀❀ THE LAUNDRY ❀❀ The unit comes with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
