House Rules 1. No unauthorized guests. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. 2. Respect shared spaces. Please clean up after yourself in the kitchen, bathrooms, and all common areas. 3. Do not tamper with security devices such as the Ring doorbell camera or Wi-Fi router. 4. Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately so we can resolve them promptly. 5. Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the home, for your safety and ours. 6. Use the gym at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries — please use equipment responsibly. 7. Arcade room is for guests only. Handle machines and consoles with care. 8. Keep food and drinks away from the arcade console. You’re welcome to use the mini fridge and enjoy snacks in the game room, but please avoid placing items on or near the arcade machine. 9. No parties, events, or loud gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect neighbors and other guests. 10. Do not rearrange furniture or unplug electronics. This includes the smart TV, Wi-Fi, and arcade system. 11. No smoking or vaping on premise. A cleaning fee will apply if evidence is found. 12. No pets unless previously approved. Unauthorized pets may result in an additional fee. 13. Please take trash bins to the curb on Thursday nights. We appreciate your help in keeping the space clean and running smoothly. 14. Parking is only allowed in designated areas ( driveway ). Do not block driveways, sidewalks, or neighboring homes. 15. Laundry use is welcome! Please don’t overload machines, clean the lint trap after each use, and leave the washer’s detergent drawer open to prevent mold. 16. Receiving mail: Letters are not permitted to be received. If you're expecting a small package, let us know. We'll retrieve it from the community mailbox and get it to you within 48 hours. 17. Do not remove the remotes from their corresponding room. including but not limited to: TV, Arcade, Fans etc. 18. Please do not try to open the locked storage rooms located in the first floor dinning room and laundry rooms. Maintaince supplies are stored in these locations to provide you with the best service. Breaking this rule will result in a fee.
