I am there occasionally working at other units. I allow my guests to maintain their privacy and have an enjoyable stay. I will not interact with you unless you need assistance. The area is walkable with friendly neighbors. Many of the residents have lived in this area for a long time. Fairly quiet at night and most of the day. There is some noise from children at school . Weekends tend to have a bit more noise than during weekdays. Nothing out of the ordinary. There are small dogs in the building next door abd they can be a bit noisy at times. Also from time to time you can hear a train passing through but it's a distant noise not really close to the building nothing regularly happening that would disturb your quiet enjoyment. Can be a bit noisy from fireworks during the 4th of July Holiday. New Years Eve is also pretty loud. But doesn't last long. You can watch fireworks from SF on the porch. Summer Temperatures average 70-75 during the day. Sometimes 80. 60's in the evenings. A cool breeze from the bay starts rolling in at 5pm. Winter Temperatures average 60-65 during the day. High 50s -60s in evening. Occasional evening fog/overcast from Bay. Our apartment offers unrivaled access to an array of amenities and attractions.
