We kindly encourage guests to reuse towels whenever possible — more than 75% of our guests already do their part in helping the environment. ♻️ Fresh towels are available upon request if needed for an additional cost breakdown below. Requests made on the day of check-out or after the scheduled check-out time cannot be accommodated. Additional Guest added after reservation made : $150 dollars per new guest being added Additional Towels during stay is available for a fee of $50 dollars per request (Max towels provided per request - 2 body towels per person ) Late Check-Out Policy To ensure a smooth experience for incoming guests and our cleaning team, departures must be completed by the scheduled check-out time. Stays extending more than one hour past check-out may result in an additional $250 late departure fee to cover operational and scheduling impacts. No-Smoking Policy This is a smoke-free property. If smoking occurs inside the unit, a $1,500 smoking remediation charge may be applied to cover specialized cleaning, odor treatment, and any associated damage required to restore the space for future guests. Longer Stays For reservations of 14 nights or more, we require an additional host screening process before the stay is completed confirmed. This process helps us ensure a good fit and maintain the comfort and safety of our property. If the screening requirements are not met, we will notify Airbnb, and Airbnb may alter or cancel the reservation in line with their policies and procedures.
