Step into a bright, modern retreat designed for comfort and connection. The second-floor main living area is a spacious open-plan concept, perfect for gathering. Key Features: Living Area: Relax by the cozy fireplace in the open and airy living room. Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen with a large quartz island, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. Dining: A dedicated dining area to enjoy meals together. Outdoor Space: Unwind on the screened-in porch or enjoy the large, fully fenced-in backyard. With four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms spread across three floors, your group of up to 10 will have plenty of room. For convenience, one bedroom and a full bathroom are located on the first floor. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: King Bed with TV Bedroom 2: King Bed with TV Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with TV Bedroom 4: Full-over-Queen Bunk Bed with TV Guests will have complete and private access to the entire three-story home. This includes all bedrooms, living spaces, the garage, the screened-in porch, and the fully fenced backyard. Enjoy the entire property exclusively for your group. We believe in giving our guests space and privacy to enjoy their vacation. We are not on-site, but we are always available and just a message or phone call away should you need anything at all during your stay. Pet Fees: A non-refundable pet fee of $89 is required for up to two pets. This is automatically included if you select 'bringing a pet' during the booking process. An additional fee of $25 applies for any pets beyond the first two. Please inquire Dogs are not allowed on any furniture and must be kenneled if the guest is not present. Starter Supplies: We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials like coffee, paper towels, and toilet paper to get you settled. For stays longer than a couple of days, you will likely need to purchase additional supplies. 5-Star Cleanliness: We are committed to a high standard of cleanliness. If the home is not up to your expectations upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours so we can dispatch our professional cleaning crew to address any issues. Early Check-in / Late Checkout: Based on availability, an early check-in or late checkout may be possible for a fee of $25 per hour. Please inquire in advance. Parking Enforcement: The City of North Charleston has strict parking guidelines. No more than two vehicles are allowed, and they must not block the sidewalk. No street parking is permitted.
