This historic home fully renovated in 2019 with a surprisingly modern interior, very clean, fresh linens & towels every stay. Very safe neighborhood. it has a big yard, grill & private parking. Double-french doors and lots of natural light will ensure a wide-open and relaxing feel when you're sipping your morning latte or nightcap. Love it! Perfect for families! Beautiful 1100 sq ft house. Home on a quiet well kept safe street near downtown. Relaxed space to spend quality time with friends or family. Our place is great for couples, families, Alamodome conventions, SeaWorld, Fiesta Texas, Spurs Games-Military Graduations, exploring beautiful San Antonio & the Riverwalk 1/2 mile to HEB supermarket , 3 blocks from Woodlawn Lake. Just minutes away from all the fun at the Riverwalk, market square, Pearl shops and Restaurants, the Alamo and more. Jump on interstate 10 to get to Six Flags fiesta Texas just minutes. Easy access to the highway only a couple blocks away. Get a great night sleep on our new comfortable queen mattress, grab some coffee and snacks from the kitchen and enjoy all that San Antonio has to offer. Henry B. Gonzales Convention center and the Alamo Dome 7 minutes away. Easy drive to Six-Flags, the highway is just blocks away. My son Diego lives in the back house, he has his own entrance and private parking, you won’t even notice him but if you need any assistance you can reach out to him. We also DO NOT allow people not included on the reservation to enter any of the premises with you, if you would like to have a visitor even if it is family, you must notify us and receive our permission. NO PARTIES ALLOWED the Airbnb is for personal use only and parties and commercial uses (to include photography, videography, etc.) are prohibited. All guests must be disclosed at the time of booking. Visitors not allowed on the property Only registered guest allowed on the property Quite Hours Mon-Fri 10pm-08am Weekends 11pm-11am NO PETS ALLOWED Not smoking inside the house No meeting or special events allowed on the property Leave house as clean as possible, light cleaning required before checkout Take out all trash before check out and place it in the trash containers located in the back yard behind the storage room. The blue trash bin is for recycling trash The brown trash bin is for regular trash. ……………………………………………………………………….. ………………..NO PETS ALLOWED. NOTE FOR SERVICE ANIMALS. If the dog or animal is service, it needs to stay with the person who it is servicing at all times, service animal no to be left by itself in the house or the property. Guests need to pickup after their dog, vacuum all pet hair, dog or service animals are not allowed to get on furniture, guest are not allowed to use house towels and blankets for service animals Guests are still liable for any damage caused by dog. We have wood floors and the guest is still liable for urine or scratches on floors. Dogs or service animals should be well trained and stay with the person who is servicing 24 hrs. Never to be left behind in the home to roam freely. Any violation of the house rules such as noise after the quite hours, smoking, extra guest, large gatherings, loitering, tampering with the WiFi or any of the installed cameras or smoke detectors will lead to a fine of $500 plus cancellation of your reservation and your immediate removal from the property.
