Your stay at the casita promises relaxation, peace and some Texas fun! ADULTS ONLY, No children under 16 on the property due to liability. The pool is open access. Our main residence sits on 4.5 acres of a private estate/micro farm. You may get a visit from “Tucker” the ranch dog, see "Bullseye" the mini-horse, "Woody", the mini-donkey or “Jesse” the cow. -Two pool cabanas are across the pool from the main house. -The Casita 1 (1 queen/1 single bed) is where you will be located. -The pool area is the only shared space during your stay. **THE POOL AND SPA ARE CLOSED SEPT TO MAY. **THE POOL AND SPA ARE NOT HEATED Our property is mostly wooded, so please don’t be surprised by the occasional critters. We are nestled in a subdivision convenient to IH-10, 15 mins from downtown San Antonio, 25 mins to New Braunfels and river toobing, and 45 mins to Austin. Only 2 miles to the South Gate of Randolph Air Force base. ADULT ONLY REGISTERED Guests have full access and privacy in the casita as well as access to the outdoor space and pool, which are shared spaces. **THE POOL AND SPA ARE NOT HEATED. If you are coming for these amenities, I suggest visiting in the summertime. **THE POOL AND SPA ARE CLOSED SEPT TO MAY. -NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITH NO REFUND. - NO CHILDREN UNDER 16 ON THE PROPERTY. I get it...it's a great pool and it would be kool if you could invite friends, however the friends are NOT covered by insurance. Please don't try to sneak in guests and make things awkward. -You will have your own access to the pool gate and casita, but if you need anything you can contact us through the airbnb app as we are not always on the property. It will also alert our co-host. -You are welcome to visit the farm animals through the fence, but please do not go into the pasture area. -PLEASE KEEP THE POOL GATE LOCKED AT ALL TIMES (insurance requirement) -You may also get a visit from our ranch dog, Tucker. He is 100% friendly, and loves to play ball. -NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITH NO REFUND. NO CHILDREN UNDER 16 ON THE PROPERTY Suburb setting in an established neighborhood. We do offer transportation for an additional to and from: -Randolph Air Force base -Fort Sam Houston -San Antonio airport Send me a message if you interested in scheduling. Price varies by location, timing of pickup/dropoff and # of guests. -THE POOL AND SPA ARE NOT HEATED - THE POOL AND SPA ARE CLOSED SEPT TO MAY - DO NOT ENTER THE ANIMAL AREA -ADULTS ONLY, please no children under 16 on the property. The pool is open access and a danger for children. -Only Registered adult guests are welcome to use the pool, however, quiet hours are 9pm to 9am. -Absolutely no unregistered guests are allowed on the property. -No smoking inside of the casita, but you may smoke outside away from the pool area -No parties or events allowed -This is our private residence, and we ask that you respect our privacy as well.
