Events Year Round at all beaches Main floor The Captains Quarters has a King size bed with a full size bathroom with a walk in shower to share with the office that has a Full size pull out couch to sleep on with a half bath right outside of it. 2nd floor Choose from 3 bedrooms each with 55 inch TV’s and ceiling fans The “Shark shack”with a queen size bed The “Kracken Kove”with a queen size bed and a 55 inch tv and ceiling fan “Anchors and Oars “bonus room with a 55 inch tv and a ceiling fan and 1 queen size bed, 2 twin beds and shares 1 full bathroom with tub and shower Entire house I am available through messaging on the Air Bnb App at all times *Due to local laws or HOA requirements guests must be 25 years of age to book and must occupy the property for the entire stay. *Can be rented out monthly for $3000 per month in off season only with cleaners coming every 2 weeks at no extra charge We supply pickleball paddles and balls, bocci ball set Your beach oasis includes A 4 Bedroom 2.5 bath end unit townhome a sun porch, gas fire pit and a grill with an outdoor table and 6 chairs. 2 car garage and space for 2 cars in the driveway We provide bicycles to ride to the beach and one adult Trike with a basket! The space *Bonus feature - it has an upstairs loft area overlooking the living room with 2 chairs and a euro futon to play games, puzzles or enjoy summer reading (we have options to include all of that entertainment) We also supply toiletries (toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash) in each bathroom, along with some paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods. We also provide some Coffee, sugar, creamers, honey, tea and hot cocoa. We also have a mono baby pool with sun shade for the beach, a beach bag, beach toys, beach mats, beach chairs, beach backpack cooler, sun umbrellas We have corn hole, glow in the dark badminton and a volleyball.
