🚭 NO SMOKING INDOORS: Please smoke outside and be sure to extinguish and dispose of cigarette butts in the outdoor trash. ***All cigarette butts must be removed by guests. A $250 fine will be charged for any cigarette butts left behind, and a $500 fine will be imposed for smoking inside the home. 📶 STREAMING: Wi-Fi and streaming cable are included through the roku and spectrum app on all televisions. Other streaming apps like Hulu, Prime & Netflix are loaded on the televisions, if you would like to use these please login with your login credentials. 🍳 MIND STRONG ODORS: We kindly ask that you avoid cooking pungent or strong-smelling foods, as it's difficult to remove the odors for the next guests. 🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: No parties of any kind. To keep the space peaceful and enjoyable for everyone, we do not allow parties or large gatherings. 🍴 ENJOY MEALS IN DESIGNATED AREAS: Please eat in the kitchen, dining area, or outside. 🅿 PARKING: Limited street parking is available as the home is in a cul-de-sac. You can park in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. It will accommodate several vehicles, approximately 4. ⏰ QUIET HOURS: Please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. Please be courteous to our neighbors and keep noise levels down after dark. 🐶 PET OWNERS: Kindly clean up after your pets. Pets do require and additional $75 cleaning fee (minimum). A maximum of 2 pets on short term stays. Long term stays please inquire if you have over 2 pets. 🚪 KEEP THE DOOR/WINDOW CLOSED: Please remember to keep doors and windows closed to keep out any unregistered guests (pests) 🐞🦟PESTS: If you notice more than one live pest of any kind in living spaces, please let us know. We pay for regular pest control and our pest control company will come out for a retreat, if needed. 🚮 TRASH: Help keep the space tidy by taking out the trash regularly (for long term stay). Trash day is early Monday & Thursday morning. Recycling day is Thursday. The cleaners will take out the trash for short-term stays. Please place trash bags in the green receptacle to the left of the garage door. The green receptacle with the yellow lid is for recycling.
