Now booking Fall 2023! Welcome home to Sweet Eileen in Abilene. You've just found one of the best AirBNBs in the Big Country. Located across from ACU and centrally located to shops and restaurants just two minutes away. You'll enjoy sipping coffee on the covered back porch under the shade of a large pecan tree or gathered around the fire pit with friends. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook and enjoy a meal with family and friends. The home sleeps 12 guests in this large, spacious house. Graco Pack N Play, high chair and baby bath-seat available for families with infants and toddlers. Sleeps 12 in 2 king, 1 queen, 1 double, and four twin XL bunk beds. Master Bedroom: King Bed Bedroom 2: King Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Double Bed Bedroom 5: 2x Twin bunk Beds (four beds total) The house was built in 1958 and renovated over the years. There are no stairs in the house but we have a few one-step transitions between some rooms. OUTDOOR LIVING: Large furnished covered deck with outdoor seating. Back porch has gas grill and large outdoor seating area around a propane fire pit. INDOOR LIVING: 55" flat-screen Smart TV, brand new furnishings, and a small desk in the front room in case you need to get some work done. KITCHEN: Kid's high-chair, fully equipped, beautiful butcher block counters, plastic cups and bowls and kids cutlery, combo Keurig coffee maker (drip and K-cup), blender, Crock-Pot, toaster, basic spices, cooking basics, ice maker, dishware & flatware, whiskey and wine glasses. LINENS AND LAUNDRY: 1 bath towel per guest; all linens for all beds: sheets, pillows, quilts etc; kitchen towels, hand towels, washcloths Extras Provided: Four trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels per stay, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom per stay, dish soap, dishwasher fluid, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, two tide pods PARKING: 2 vehicles on the street or 2 vehicles in the back driveway (all parking is uncovered). The back driveway has a manual swing gate to access the driveway and backyard. MINIMUM RENTING AGE: 25 years of age NO Smoking NO Events or parties Guests will have access to the whole property (minus owner's closet in BR 2) We are available through the AirBNB messenger between 7am to 8pm. We have staff local in Abilene to help ensure you have a great stay and resolve any issues quickly! Wonderful established neighborhood on the north side of Abilene. Conveniently located just a minute from ACU, four minutes from Hendrick North/HSU and the new and upcoming Allen Ridge shopping and restaurant area! I-20 is just 3 minutes away. The front of the house has on street parking or you can take the alley behind the home and park up to 2 more standard size vehicles inside the privacy fence.
