Very nice house. Great location. Close to everything in Pigeon Forge, but far enough off tourist areas to be quiet. House was very clean. Hot tub was nice after a long days drive the first night, and hiking in Smokey Mountains the second. Games in basement were fun, but two out of the three arcade games were broken and couldn't be played. Could have used another full size bed for my family, but my 18yo daughter didnt complain about the bunk beds, plus she had her own bathroom. Reading others stories in the guest log was fun, and to see places they recommended. Be careful with the tight turn into the driveway. I'm glad we showed up when it was still daylight or might have missed it. Need to stay to the left on driveway when pulling out or you will scrape hard on the asphalt. Might recommend supplying some basic Keurig pod options. Toilet in basement was a little wobbly, I used a few of the poker chips to keep it steady. Might want to find a more permanent solution. This is my first time using CrewDogs for vacation rental. Will definitely use again. And if Pigeon Forge area, would definitely rent this house again.
