The primary bedroom features a king bed with its own bathroom, smart TV and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 is the smallest of the three with a queen bed, closet, chair and smart TV. A well-appointed bedroom 3 has two twin beds, smart TV, dedicated workspace, walk-in closet and plenty of space for the kids to spread out. Pack and Play or High Chair may be available upon request. Please send an inquiry. The Bathrooms Bedroom 2 & 3 shares a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. While the half bathroom is conveniently downstairs. The bathrooms and laundry have towels, wash cloths, make-up towels, hand towels, ironing board, iron; and a starter supply of toiletries to include toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods, dryer sheets and starch while supplies last. Outdoors You'll have full access to our property in the Alamo city with a small fenced - sloped backyard and no rear neighboring homes. It features a covered patio with seating for two people and a propane grill, making it easy to cook up a TX BBQ. Need the kids to burn off a little energy? Enjoy access to the community park with a slide and swing just up the street. Note this is a no pets/animals property. The townhome is located in a gated community in the extended Alamo Ranch area with 24hr access during your stay. Note San Antonio is the 7th largest city in the country and this zip code was the fastest growing area last year, so there will be traffic. Park in the driveway directly in front of the unit's left garage. The right side is reserved for the unit next door. Limited extra parking is available in the spaces across the street from the unit. The entire space is yours except access to the garage, attic and pantry but there is plenty of cabinetry for your food items. Garage is not available for guest stays under 28+ days; however pre-authorization is available for guests requesting usage of the Electrical Vehicle (EV) plug for an extra charge. EV charging cable is not provided. Please send an inquiry to request as access must be pre-coordinated. Self Check-In. Please communicate through the app if you need assistance throughout your stay. Although there are no rear neighbors, a wall is shared with the connected townhome that is occupied. Hearing an occasional car pass by during your stay is possible and a sound machine is available if needed. Parking is onsite.

We look forward to hosting you at our home and hope you treat our property well. Please be considerate of our house and neighbors by minimizing disturbances. - Guest booking should be 21+ years old - No eating/food upstairs - No animals allowed on this property - No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes in the home. If you do smoke outside, do not leave the door open and be sure to extinguish and dispose of it properly (not in the yard or on furniture). SA is extremely dry, so we want to prevent fires. - Please don't rearrange furniture or move any decorative items. - Register all guests and children that will be onsite with a max of 6 people. Max two visitors allowed at any given time and must depart by 9pm quiet hours for the comfort of our neighbors. Guests responsible for any damage. - No crypto mining or vehicle washing. - House is best suited for families/couples/friends with a max of four adults unless sharing a bed or ok in a twin size as there is no sleeping on the couch allowed or extra linen provided. - No events or large gatherings including “dinners” so tag more than the two allowed guests. We enforce AirBNB’s “No Parties” policy which may result in immediate termination of stay with no refund. - Park in front of the unit's garage which is on the left side when facing the property. Max two vehicles and no trailers due to limited parking. Garage access only available for guest stays of 28+ days or with pre-approval for EV charging for a fee. Please send an inquiry when requesting. - If using the grill, please brush off the grates once finished and leave the cover off - Rental agreement, rental due diligence and an additional $150 cleaning fee required for 28+ day stays. Please send an inquiry when requesting. - Occasionally, we may leave complimentary consumables or snacks. These may vary. Host does not take responsibility for any allergies. Note, we take photos and video of the property and inventory prior to guest arrivals. Broken, damaged, or missing items may result in additional charges. Transparent Fees if Applicable: - Note, cleaners will promptly enter property to begin cleaning at check out time. Additional fees may apply for inability to access or late check out past 15mins, excessive mess resulting in increased cleaning charges, broken rules or damages once assessed. - $100 Lost or unreturned gate remote for garage access to approved clients - $150+ per day for smoking/vaping inside the property or leaving the door open, thus allowing smoke to enter - $500+ fee for unauthorized pet We love hosting, but want to ensure the property looks the way our other guests expect from our photos when staying at their home away from home.
