House Guidelines • Registered guests only (no unauthorized visitors) • No events or parties • Up to 2 dogs (max 60 lbs each) with pre-approval – $20/night per dog • Pets must be crated when unattended and not allowed on beds/furniture • E-signed lease required prior to receiving door code • Exterior security cameras monitored (tampering results in immediate termination of stay) • Host not responsible for external neighborhood noise To keep property updated, items in photos may be subject to change. You’ll have full access to the entire home during your stay, with the exception of garage and a few locked storage closets and cabinets reserved for host supplies. To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone and to comply with our insurance and city regulations, only registered guests included in your reservation may be on the property. Uber/Lyft accessible and available within minutes. • No events or parties. For everyone’s comfort and safety, only registered guests listed on the reservation may be on the property unless prior approval has been granted. • Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs (maximum 60 lbs each) with advance approval. A $20 per night, per dog fee applies. Dogs must be crated when unattended and are not permitted on beds, furniture, or in bedrooms. • Rental Agreement: A short e-sign rental agreement will be emailed after booking confirmation. Completion is required to receive your door access code. • Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras are in place for safety. Tampering with or covering cameras will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. • Neighborhood Considerations: While the home is professionally prepared for your stay, we cannot control exterior factors such as neighborhood or environmental noise.
