Crewdogs processes payments as the Merchant of Record, to include managing refunds and chargebacks.
Taxes are not remitted by Crewdogs, but are charged and passed directly to hosts after payout.
Inquiries must responded to either via email or within the Crewdogs mobile app or website.
Once a booking is accepted, automated messaging is enabled and you will be able to communicate with your guest from Hospitable just like Airbnb or VRBO.
