We utilize Hospitable to perform an Airbnb import and sync. You do not need a Hospitable account, you just need the credentials for you Airbnb account. Only your Airbnb owned listings can be imported. You cannot import co-hosted listings or import listings from multiple accounts into a single Crewdogs account. Co-hosting is coming soon for this!
Your base rates or dynamic pricing imported rates via Pricelabs or Wheelhouse will import into Crewdogs and continusously update daily.
Additionally, your length-of-stay discount, plus any fees like cleaning or management fees will import into Crewdogs.
Airbnb smart pricing will not import into Crewdogs, but seasonal rates can be applied on top of imported base rates to match Airbnb pricing.
Your Airbnb calendar will automatically block your Crewdogs calendar, whether from a booking or a manual block.
After completing your import, we will email you a Crewdogs iCal URL for all listings imported. These can be imported into each Airbnb calendar, which will then block the calendar after a booking on Crewdogs.
