How to get started
- Log into your OwnerRez account
- Navigate to Settings > Channel Management > Channel Integrations > Connect a Channel, and select Connect Crewdogs
- Save your Connection ID. Copy and email this Connection ID to support@crewdogs.com or navigate back to Crewdogs
- Navigate back to Crewdogs Add listing page
- Select, Connect via PMS OwnerRez
- Login and select Continue.
- Paste your OwnerRez Connection ID into Crewdogs
Other details about the integration
Once integrated, Crewdogs will automatically pull listing detail, pricing, and calendar data from OwnerRez. This will continuously update without any user action. Crewdogs processes payments as the Merchant of Record, to include managing refunds and chargebacks.
