Centrally located, it’s just 10 minutes to Downtown, the RiverWalk, the Alamo, and the Pearl Brewery, and 20 minutes to the airport. The Space The studio apartment is situated behind the main house, accessed via a private, paved, and lighted alleyway. This open-concept space includes a comfortable living area, a full kitchen, central A/C and heat, and a ceiling fan. Guests will enjoy access to a small fenced backyard, private parking for one mid-sized car or small SUV, and Google Fiber high-speed internet. Perfect for business travelers, students, or short vacations, the apartment is close to major attractions: Downtown/RiverWalk (10 min) The Pearl Brewery District (5 miles) Medical Center (12 min) Woodlawn Lake Offers a public pool, park, and walking trails (2 blocks): Guest Access Guests have access to the entire studio, the fenced backyard, and the private rear driveway. Parking is limited to one mid-sized car or small SUV. Access is exclusively through the rear alleyway (enter via San Antonio St.); please do not use the front entrance of the main house. Other Notes This is a quiet historical neighborhood; please respect the peace and privacy of others. Smoking is not allowed inside. If smoking outdoors, dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. We live nearby and are available to assist if needed. Enjoy this peaceful and private space, perfect for work, relaxation, or exploring San Antonio’s vibrant culture! Guest can access the property only through the paved and lighted alleyway. Guest will have access to the entire studio to include the small fenced back yard and rear driveway. If you have any issues or concerns We live close by in case you need any help or service. Very quite Historical neighborhood. Private parking in the rear driveway by the alleyway only for 1 vehicle ( mid size car or a small SUV) The Main front property is usually booked with guest, please Do not enter through the front of the main property. Access to this apartment is through the rear alleyway enter the alleyway through San Antonio St.

Please take a moment to read the house rules below Outdoor security cameras are installed on the front yard, front, back yard and the alleyway, for you personal security and to verify that the amount of guest listed on your reservation is indeed the THE AMOUNT OF GUEST YOU BRING WITH YOU, and that there are no PARTIES OR GATHERINGS during your stay since we do not allow them. We also DO NOT allow people not included on the reservation to enter any of the premises with you, if you would like to have a visitor even if it is family, you must notify us and receive our permission. NO PARTIES ALLOWED the Airbnb is for personal use only and parties and commercial uses (to include photography, videography, etc.) are prohibited. All guests must be disclosed at the time of booking. Visitors not allowed on the property Only registered guest allowed on the property Quite Hours Mon-Fri 10pm-08am Weekends 11pm-11am NO PETS ALLOWED Not smoking inside the house No meeting or special events allowed on the property Leave house as clean as possible, light cleaning required before checkout Take out all trash before check out and place it in the trash containers located in the alleyway The blue trash bin is for recycling trash The brown trash bin is for regular trash. ……………………………………………………………………….. ………………..NO PETS ALLOWED. NOTE FOR SERVICE ANIMALS. If the dog or animal is service, it needs to stay with the person who it is servicing at all times, service animal no to be left by itself in the house or the property. Guests need to pickup after their dog, vacuum all pet hair, dog or service animals are not allowed to get on furniture, guest are not allowed to use house towels and blankets for service animals Guests are still liable for any damage caused by dog. We have wood floors and the guest is still liable for urine or scratches on floors. Dogs or service animals should be well trained and stay with the person who is servicing 24 hrs. Never to be left behind in the home to roam freely. Any violation of the house rules such as noise after the quite hours, smoking, extra guest, large gatherings, loitering, tampering with the WiFi or any of the installed cameras or smoke detectors will lead to a fine of $500 plus cancellation of your reservation and your immediate removal from the property.
