Pool is professionally cleaned every Thursday morning. The pool is not heated however it stays enjoyable year-round since it is a southern exposure home. You will have full access to the entire home! The backyard is fully-fenced in with a 6ft privacy fence perfect for all pups. We are always available, with the exception of late night hours. During that time we will get back to you as soon as we can. Quiet walkable neighborhood - Driveway and garage parking available - Easy access right off of main road We care deeply about providing a clean and safe place for all our guests and their families! If the cleanliness is not up to a 5 star-standard, including the pool or hot tub, guest must contact us within 24 hours of first day and we will send our professional cleaning crew as soon as possible. Pool and hot tub are cleaned once per week on Thursdays. Use of propane is on an honor system. We provide 2 propane tanks, and guests are encouraged to refill them after use if they become empty. We do not guarantee full propane tanks for each guest. BYOP: Bring your own passwords to access streaming applications! No cable. Garage is currently unavailable for parking. We do not provide transportation of kayaks to boat launch. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture and must be kenneled if the guest is not present. Dogs should never be allowed unattended, including outside, unless in a kennel. $75 pet fee. Additional $25 per pet after 2. There is a starter pack of essentials for every guest. We do not provide more supplies after the start pack is up.
