To improve the guest's experience, the pool has been upgraded to offer a heated pool amenity. There is no cost for using the pool but there is an additional fee of $120 dollars a night for heating the pool. The Fast WIFI speed has also been upgraded to 500 Mbps. Home provides plenty of space to relax and plenty of amenities for family fun time. The house has a private in-ground pool open all year long with a heated pool option during the winter and the Spring as an additional amenity that can be requested by our guests prior to check-in. The home also has a game room with a pool table and arcade games. The movie theater room upstairs has a 120 inches black diamond screen and a 4k projector with access to Spectrum TV, Netflix and Paramount streaming. All the bedrooms and living areas are equipped with 4K TV's with access to Spectrum TV channels, Netflix and Paramount streaming as well at no charge to the guest. 4K blue ray player are available for those guests that enjoy renting movies from the Red Box. The mattresses in the bedrooms are equipped with 4 inches mattress toppers for extra comfort. The house provides 4 different outdoor sitting areas, 3 downstairs near the pool deck, and one upstairs in the balcony. Complimentary coffee and one bottle of water for each guest is provided at the property as a courtesy for the first night rental. Guests will be able to access the entire living spaces inside the property and all the outdoor seating areas to include the pool. Guests will not have access to the garage but parking is allowed in the driveway for two vehicles and there are not restrictions in the community to park additional vehicles beside the curb. I will be available as a host any day of the week to answer any questions or concern you may have as a guest through the Airbnb application, or my phone number provided in the listing. My property administrator will be available to provide assistance in case of emergencies or any repairs. Our house is in a quiet neighborhood and is only 6 miles from SeaWorld, 11 miles from Six Flags Fiesta Texas, 13 miles from Lackland Air Force Base and only 30 minutes drive from the Riverwalk downtown San Antonio. The property is close to public transportation on Shaenfield Rd and 1604 Loop. The security system of the house will remain in the disarm mode during guest stays. Arming the security system is limited to administration between rentals.
